A WOMAN police suspected of being stoned on drugs and/or alcohol wildly drove her car down a sidewalk after a boy on a dirt bike, seemingly trying to mow the kid down — and the horrifying moments were caught on video. Neighbors who witnessed the terrifying life-and-death pursuit along a peaceful residential street in Cheney, Wash., were horrified for the youth as he narrowly escaped serious injury or worse.

“This woman is crazy,” a neighbor is heard yelling on the video.
