Spreyer Werkzeugtechnik achieves higher productivity, zero scrap, and greater flexibility through ANCA's automated CNC grinding solutions, integrating measurement, RFID, and advanced scripting technologies.

PRECISION GRINDING POWERS 35% OUTPUT BOOST

For over five decades, Spreyer Werkzeugtechnik GmbH, a family-owned manufacturer based in Limburg an der Lahn, Germany, has built its reputation on precision cutting tools for industries such as automotive, mould-and-die, and woodworking. As customer expectations evolved toward higher precision and shorter lead times, the company recognised the need to integrate advanced automation with its traditional craftsmanship. Over the past three years, Spreyer partnered with ANCA to implement a comprehensive CNC grinding ecosystem. This included the FX7 Linear, CPX Linear, and MX7 Linear machines, supported by LaserULTRA, iView, RFID tool identification, and scripting automation. The objective was clear: improve precision, throughput, and flexibility while delivering measurable efficiency gains.
