Make sure to brief your client on how it’s easier to pick a right shampoo if she’s aware of hair type, hair texture, and hair and scalp issues. Striking out sulphates from the shampoo is the first step towards avoiding extensive hair damage. Sulfate-free shampoos are better alternatives as they minimise the damage.
