Jonnu Smith, Titans 6-3 • 248 • 25 Smith is coming off the most productive season of his career with 41 catches and 8 touchdowns. He could probably put up bigger numbers in a system that features him more. He’s a very mobile tight end who runs a 4.62-second 40-yard dash.
Jared Cook, Saints 6-5 • 254 • 33 Cook is a big, fast tight end who finished his 12th NFL season. He might not run the 4.5 speed he ran when he came out in 2009, but he can still stretch a defense. His long arms give him quite a catching radius. He has an impressive 13.2 career yards per catch, but if he doesn’t re-sign with New Orleans, his next club will be his sixth.
Rob Gronkowski, Buccaneers 6-6 • 265 • 31 One of the greatest tight ends of all time, Gronkowski is coming off his fourth Super Bowl championship. He might not run as fast as he did early in his New England days, but he still knows how to get open and has all-world hands. He’s also a very underrated blocker who really gets after it. He reportedly wants to keep playing, but probably only in Tampa Bay.

Dak Prescott, Cowboys 6-2 • 235 pounds • 27 years old A solid starter who has a nice TD-INT ratio over his first five seasons (104-40), Prescott is an accurate thrower and very mobile. However, he’s coming off a compound fracture and dislocation of his right ankle, so it remains to be seen if this will impact his game moving forward.
TIGHT ENDS: TOP AVAILABLE FREE AGENTS
Hunter Henry, Chargers 6-5 • 250 pounds • 29 years old A very talented player, Henry has had issues staying healthy, unable to complete an NFL season, including missing the entire 2018 season with a torn ACL. But when healthy, he’s a terrific all-around tight end who really connected with Justin Herbert in 2020 with 60 catches. Henry is very good at finding holes in zone coverage.
DEFENSIVE LINEMEN: TOP AVAILABLE FREE AGENTS
Leonard Williams, Giants 6-5 • 255 pounds • 28 years old An athletic 300-pounder with quick feet, Williams amassed a career-high 11.5 sacks last season.
