Q We are booked to fly home from New Orleans on Delta via Atlanta after a Mississippi cruise. The first leg goes at 11.39am. Should the funding standoff continue in the US, with both these airports down to 30 per cent-plus absentee staff, what provision are these airports/airlines likely to offer us and what can we expect from this scenario? We intend to get to the airport for 7am.
