HYATT REGENCY HONG KONG, SHA TIN

We have plenty of priorities when it comes to nailing a staycation, and eating well is close to the top.

That’s why the “Gourmet Getaway” at the Hyatt Regency in Sha Tin sounds right up our alley, with some fab extras included for food lovers. Dining aside, the hotel is a great place for taking a break, with all the wonderful nature of the New Territories right on the doorstep.

Staycation offer

The “Gourmet Getaway” includes a night’s accommodation in a relaxing guestroom of your choice (see the website for the range of different rooms available), plus, your choice of either of the following two extras:

• A six-course set dinner for two at Sha Tin 18, the hotel’s award-winning restaurant that’s well known among HK foodies for its signature Peking duck and Cantonese dishes. (Available 6.30pm to 10pm.)

• A 30 percent discount on all food and drinks in the hotel, plus a complimentary breakfast buffet for two at Cafe, and 24-hour complimentary overnight parking (one vehicle per room).

For stays up to 31 August 2021.

What else?

You can also choose from a couple of nifty add-ons to enhance your stay, available at preferential rates:

• A family camp with a picnic pack in your guest room (add HK$120)

• Use of bicycles for two hours for registered guests; maximum two adult bicycles and one child’s bicycle per room (add HK$150).

W HONG KONG

The team at W Hong Kong have come up with a great idea for rekindling that feeling of travel.

How would like to pack your bags and stay in a W Hotel destination of your choice, including Taipei, Osaka, Bangkok, Shanghai and Bali? You can do just that at W Hong Kong thanks to its themed staycations.
