But for Shillong girl Andrea Tariang, who is a model and musician, it was the other way round - she shot for her first scene with the thespian actor for the much talked about film ‘Pink’. Also known as Andii to her friends and family, Andrea is on cloud nine these days and considers herself immensely lucky. She barely succeeds in hiding her excitement whenever someone brings up the topic of her film and her life-changing experience of working with Mr. Bachchan. In an exclusive interview with our correspondent, Andrea talks exhaustively about her dream debut, her first shot in front of the camera, and whether or not she will pursue acting career after the release of ‘Pink.’

Could you, please, brief us about your character in Pink and how difficult was it for you to play on-screen?

I am basically playing myself, which is Andrea Tariang. I hail from Shillong. It was not such a task to play my own self, because everything that we did in the film was very realistic and normal. The only difficult part was being myself in front of the camera, which I was not very used to.
