Hospitality stories on the menu in fine dining experience
The Sentinel
|November 04, 2025
AWARD-WINNING chef Cris Cohen is back in the Potteries with a new conceptual fine-dining restaurant.
HIDDEN is launching in the Spode Works, Stoke, on Thursday and promises ingredients of storytelling in the dishes.
It is the latest venture of renowned restaurateur Cris, who has worked in hospitality since the age of 14 and been featured on shows such as the BBC's Fabulous Feasts.
The new restaurant will replace his previous business, Chef's Table by Feasted, which closed last December.
HIDDEN will be open from 7pm until 11pm for dinner service on Thursdays and Fridays, with a lunch service being available from 12.30pm until 3pm on Saturdays.
The nine-course dinner service costs £100 per head, while the five-course lunch service will cost £55 per head.
Cris said: "I had two restaurants before, but we closed both last Christmas due to a range of challenges, which wasn't really too surprising knowing what the hospitality industry as a whole has gone through.
