Mum, aged 27, caught selling cocaine and cannabis spared jail

DRUG-DEALING mum Chloe Rhodes who cares for her dad has been spared jail.

The 27-year-old was in a relationship with Ricky Williams and assisted him with his drug dealing operation, Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court heard.

She was involved in the supply of cocaine and cannabis and completed some drug deals herself when he was unavailable.

And she allowed payments for drugs to be made into her bank account.

Williams, below, was jailed for 45 months earlier this year. Now Rhodes has been sentenced to two years in prison, suspended for two years, with a rehabilitation activity requirement for 30 days.

Prosecutor Matthew Ness said the defendant's vehicle was stopped at junction 15 of the M6 on October 8, 2024.

Rhodes was driving and Williams was in the passenger seat.

He admitted having cocaine in his underwear and, when searched, police found almost a quarter of a kilogram of cocaine with a 96 per cent purity worth £25,000.
