Dad-of-two murder rap man in court

A MAN has appeared in court charged with the murder of Joseph McEvoy, who was killed in an alleged attack in Dublin on Monday morning.
Christopher Kelly, 41, with an address at Shancastle Park in west Dublin, made no reply when he was charged at Dublin District Court with the murder of the father-of-two.
Detective Sergeant Sean Cosgrave gave evidence of arrest, charge and caution, and told the court that he arrested Mr Kelly at 3.07pm yesterday afternoon.
