NIALL 6 Ceallachdin reckons Dublin would have been out of the promotion picture had they not rescued a Croke Park draw.
Captain Chris Crummey’s 75th-minute point for the Dubs tied a Division 1B encounter which threatened to boil over late on.
Dubs boss 0 Ceallachéin went nose-to-nose with Wexford counterpart Keith Rossiter and players traded shoves and insults as they left the field.
The result has left unbeaten Wexford knowing they can secure promotion if they beat Clare in Ennis on March 8.
But if they lose and Dublin win their remaining ties against Antrim, Down and Carlow, then the 2025 All-Ireland semifinalists could still go up.
