It’s been four years since I took the leap of faith and moved to the Middle East. I can still remember as if it were yesterday, when I said goodbye to Mum and Dad at our house and stood alone – literally – in an empty Dublin Airport. Filled with a mixture of excitement and trepidation, I could have never imagined where this grand adventure would have led me; feeding Aldabra Tortoises in the Seychelles, dining in the Michelin-starred restaurants of Madrid, and now, as I write this, watching a golden sunset fall over the horizon in Phuket, Thailand.
In keeping with the theme of embracing the unknown and indulging your inner explorer, this issue is fully loaded with inspiration for opulent breaks, carefree journeys and luxury travel.
