WHAT HAPPENS WHEN...You stop drinking

Find yourself reaching for a glass of red when you're stressed? Or maybe your day doesn't feel complete without a cold beer? If so, you're not alone - 41% of Brits say anxiety and stress are their most common reasons for drinking. But while alcohol can make you feel good in the short term -boosting your mood, helping you to relax- over time, it can lead to weight gain and premature ageing. Want to cut back? Here's what to expect.
