Parkinson may face job pressure, says ex-Wales ace
Western Mail
|September 16, 2025
PHIL Parkinson has been warned his job could be at risk unless he lifts Wrexham towards the top of the Championship.

The Dragons have endured a difficult start to life in the second tier after gaining promotion from League One in April.
Despite spending approximately £33 million on new players during the summer, the Hollywood-owned side have picked up just one win from their first five matches.
Wrexham co-owner Ryan Reynolds was in attendance on Saturday as Wrexham fell to a 3-1 defeat at home to Queens Park Rangers.
The result leaves them 21st in the table, with only four points from their opening fixtures.
According to reports from talkSPORT, the club's hierarchy have already held discussions over the former Bolton manager's future after a disappointing set of results.
And former Wales striker Iwan Roberts has now suggested Parkinson will quickly come under intense scrutiny unless he has Wrexham challenging closer to the top end of the table.
