FLOWER DISPLAY OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AT HOBBLEDOWN HEATH
 
 ALONGSIDE its canal system, vibrant culture and rich history, Amsterdam is particularly famous for its plants.
I'm talking, of course, about tulips.
Although they are not native to the Netherlands, they've become one of the country’s main exports and one of the things it’s most well-known for. Every spring, countless videos of these colourful fields make their way onto our social media feeds.
But while it’s a sight worth seeing, it's not quite next door. Luckily, London has just welcomed a brand-new tulip festival.
