Robins expecting lengthy spells on the sidelines for Potters pair
The Sentinel
|April 25, 2025
JORDAN Thompson and Eric Bocat are still being assessed to gauge just how long they will need to recover from season-ending injuries.

Thompson was stretchered off with an ankle injury in a 2-0 win over Sheffield Wednesday on Friday last week, having come on to replace Bocat, who had limped off earlier in the game with a calf problem.
It was confirmed that they would not be available for the rest of this campaign and treatment is going to spill into the summer too.
Mark Robins said: “To be honest, I think they're going to be a while. Things are starting to settle down for them a little bit at the initial part of their recovery but the timescale hasn't been defined yet. It was sufficiently bad enough for Jordan to miss the rest of the season and maybe a little bit of the summer as well.
“We've got to wait and see how they recover.”
Robins will go into the final home match of the season, against Sheffield United tonight (8pm), with the same squad he had for a trip to Leeds on Monday.
He said: “Everybody’s ok at the moment (who was involved against Leeds), there’s no report of anything else this morning. We've just had our morning meeting and it's status quo.”
