No sign of Stoke deal with midfielder in line to start for current club

TOMAS Rigo is currently preparing to play for Banik Ostrava again this week amid protracted talks over a transfer to Stoke City.

The 23-year-old Slovakia midfielder seems keen on a move to the point that he, members of his family and agents have been making not-too-subtle nods on social media.
It is a sign of the times that it was spotted when he started following PottersLive on Instagram, for instance. But Banik have not been keen to flash the green light on an exit, at least while they are involved in the Europa Conference League. They won a third qualifying round first leg tie at home against Austria Wien 4-3 last Thursday, with Rigo starting in midfield, and head to Vienna for the return on Thursday.
In between, Rigo started again in a 2-1 Czech league defeat to Karvina on Sunday.
