Europe to hit 2% goal for defence cost

ALL 32 Nato members will this year reach the longstanding target of spending 2% of economic output on defence, figures show.
But only three countries - Poland, Lithuania and Latvia - will meet or exceed the new goal of 3.5% agreed in June.
