MARCO SILVA insists he will never change his management style, two years on from his Old Trafford meltdown.

“I learn from all the moments in my career,” said the Cottagers boss. “I try to take something from when I analyse my team, myself, my staff. But I’m passionate and I’m not going to change. It’s impossible.

“We all know the limits, the margins. We know what is respect between managers, players with players. As with the officials, we all know what this means and the limits are there.
