Sexual attack charge

THE synagogue terrorist was on police bail for alleged rape when he carried out the heinous attack, it emerged last night.

Jihad al-Shamie, 35, was being probed over an alleged sexual attack which is thought to have taken place earlier this year.

He is also believed to have other criminal convictions but was not on the radar of counter-terrorism officers nor MI5 spooks.
