A COVENTRY man who was forced onto the streets after leaving his job and suffering serious injuries in a car crash said he is 'incredibly thankful' to have turned his life around.

Dean has praised Emmaus for its help when he was at his lowest point in life

Dean was made homeless after the death of his mum. He had been living with her and working a steady job. But when she was taken ill, he decided to take on the responsibility of caring for her full-time, leaving his job behind.

After she died, Dean took over the tenancy of the property and found a new job. But tragedy struck when a serious car accident left him with significant injuries and forced him to stop working.
