By early January it was back on the market, but this time with a price tag of £410,000.

Before work had barely begun, it was being marketed by The Online Property Agency as a six-bed ‘investment’ buy, complete with photos showing what it would look like post-renovation.

In the three months since, its traditional layout has been transformed into six bedrooms, each with shower and toilet unit.

The marketing says a buyer would receive rental income of £82,000 per annum, or £6,833 per calendar month.
