Big Burns Supper
Dumfries, January 15-25
January is the month of all things Burns. While there are plenty of events happening across Scotland (turn the page for more suggestions), one of the biggest is happening in Dumfries.
The Big Burns Supper is not a big sit-down meal, but a series of events for all the family to enjoy. Happening around Burns Day are dazzling light installations, various Burns suppers, two late-night ceilidhs, live music, a food market, and more. Plus, the Burns Light installation will light up the Burns Mausoleum with a dynamic display of colour and sound, retelling the story of Robert Burns.
