As any family with kids can attest, the messes of daily life can seemingly pile up in an instant, turning a well-designed home upside down. And in an age when we look set to spend more time at home, our spaces need to be as serene as possible, a sanctuary where we can recharge and rejuvenate, all at once. Thus, in addition to the homeowners’ request for a modern contemporary space, these were some considerations that the Richfield Integrated team comprising space planner Lyn Tsang, designer Chris Cheang and project manager Risan Sun thought of when coming up with the design of this 1,300sq ft condo unit.
