She reflects on the highs, challenges, and the quiet perseverance that shaped the year.

2025 in a few words, and why?

2025 has been a dynamic year, shaped by both challenges and opportunities. We navigated a full workload — including several projects carried over from 2024 — while making it a point to prioritise connection and team spirit. Between studio cook-offs, short trips, and plenty of shared moments, we managed to strike a healthy balance of productivity and camaraderie. It’s a year we're truly proud of.

How has this year been for your firm? What were the highs and challenges?

This year brought its own set of hurdles, but also a genuine sense of accomplishment. One of our biggest highlights was the growth of our clientele, supported by our in-house carpentry facility — now three years old and operating right beside our design studio. It’s a milestone that reflects how far we've come.

At the same time, a slower market meant clients were more cautious with budgets. It pushed us to think creatively, innovate harder, and expand our reach to engage new homeowners and project types. It wasn’t always easy, but it made us sharper.
