What is digital transformation all about?

In very simple words, I believe digital transformation is the realignment of your current business model to connect with your digital audience at every possible touch points. Making your customers, either B2B or B2C, believe that you are available to them where they go (typically in digital space) is the digital transformation. In short, it’s all about growing your business through technology.

This is pretty much interesting in theory. Can you elaborate a little bit on this from a business perspective?

Well, let’s look at this a step wise thinking process and try to understand from businesses perspective.

As we all know internet penetration is growing in Oman. This increases the use of digital channels like mobile apps, social media, web browsing, cloud storage like Drop Box and so on.
