As my cockerpoos Mabel and Rocky bounded off across a deserted field, I took a deep breath, bringing to mind everything that was currently making me feel angry.

There were the demands of my job, the housework that had been piling up and, most challenging of all, having to homeschool the kids during a pandemic.

There was no one around for miles - so, feeling the pent-up frustration and simmering fury that had been building inside me reach boiling point, I put my hands around my mouth to form a circle, and screamed at the top of my lungs into the fresh morning air. 'Ahh, that's better,' I sighed afterwards, catching up with the dogs and continuing my walk.
