Last Thursday became the last day for lawyer Duke Ramil Perral Lincuna.
-
That day around 6 A.M. he was shot dead by two men on a motorcycle as he was driving his car along Sacris Road, Barangay Bakilid, Mandaue City.
Lincuna, a resident of Consolacion town, was also an accountant and worked at the Bureau of Internal Revenue District Office-81, Cebu City North, handling large-scale businesses and properties.
