Royal China Celebration Of Traditional Chinese Flavours With Contemporary Innovation!
Food & Beverage Business Review
|June - July 2025
Royal China, a fine dining destination at The Chanakya, New Delhi, has unveiled its latest culinary offering-a thoughtfully crafted new menu that masterfully bridges the gap between traditional Chinese gastronomy and contemporary innovation.

Since its inception in 2010, Royal China has retained its position as an iconic destination for patrons who appreciate authentic Chinese cuisine, while also trying out dishes perked up in contemporary preparation.
Eclectic Decor
Royal China welcomes guests into a 100-seater space adorned with open skylights and a warm, inviting ambiance. By day, the restaurant exudes a casual, relaxed atmosphere, transforming into an intimate fine dining experience by night.
The restaurant has been dramatically painted with the dark hues of greys and browns and wrapped royally with the pop of red colour and the gold accents. The walls are symbolically and creatively adorned with the printed wallpapers in the private dining area and columns reflecting Chinese eclecticism, at the same time creating a cozy and warm ambience.
The New Menu - Flavoursome Narrative & Seasonal Creativity
With over 200 dishes in a newly introduced menu, Royal China continues to refine its signature style-lightning-fast wok-based techniques meet thoughtful, high-quality ingredients in a setting that's elegant and warm. Every element of the new menu has been curated to offer guests a rich, multi-sensory experience that honours Chinese culinary heritage while embracing modern tastes.
