IICA’s Exclusive Masterclass with Chef Ajay Chopra

The International Institute of Culinary Arts (IICA), New Delhi, in association with the European Union's 'More Than Food' campaign, successfully hosted a dynamic and flavour-packed culinary masterclass today, led by renowned celebrity chef and campaign ambassador for the EU’s More than food campaign in India, Chef Ajay Chopra.

The workshop provided IICA students with a remarkable opportunity to delve into the rich culinary traditions and exceptional ingredients of the European Union, through immersive hands-on experiences and engaging live demonstrations.

Chef Chopra presented two delightful fusion dishes, Creamy Honey Roasted Ham on Baguette Crostini and Mixed Berry Salad with Balsamic Dressing and Danablu Cheese, sparking excitement and inspiring students to experiment in their own kitchens.
