As Executive Chef, Aditya will lead the hotel's culinary operations, overseeing its acclaimed restaurants, in-room dining, and banquet experiences. He will play a key role in enhancing menus, mentoring the culinary team, and curating experiences that reflect both Mumbai's local culinary heritage and the contemporary spirit of Four Seasons Mumbai.

A gold medalist from the Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development, Chef Aditya has held leadership roles across their prestigious properties.

How would you define yourself as a chef?

As a chef, I think my identity keeps evolving. When I first started studying, I never imagined I'd become a chef.
