VISITORS to this year's Wells Food Festival will be given the chance to win a year’s supply of Charlie Bigham’s meals, as the Somerset-based company marks its fifth year as aheadline sponsor.
‘The annual celebration of food will take place on Sunday, October 12, with highlights including a historical photography exhibition at the Quarry Kitchen site and an upcycling competition using the brand’s recognisable wooden trays.
‘The photography display explores the heritage of Dulcote Quarry, charting its transformation from a lime quarry supplying building materials into the home of Charlie Bigham’s Somerset kitchen.
Set across 60 acres, the site is now a hub for both food production and wildlife, designed to blend into its natural surroundings.
