Wells Journal
|November 20, 2025
LOCAL charity SWEDA is launching a Song for Shepton, a community project looking for as many local people as possible to write their own song, poem or story that celebrates the town.

SWEDA (South & West Eating Disorders Association) is a mental health charity based in Shepton Mallet and has been supporting people of all ages affected by eating disorders for over 30 years.
Fundraising manager Gavin Osborn is excited by the possibilities the project creates.
