LIAM Cullen came off the bench to snatch all three points for Swansea City as they came from behind to beat Blackburn Rovers at Ewood Park.

Goncalo Franco marked his return to the Swans lineup with a stunning volley just before halftime after Todd Cantwell’s header had previously given the hosts the lead.

Blackburn looked the more likely to find a decisive goal, but Cullen, named in Craig Bellamy’s latest Wales squad, was on hand to apply a cool finish following a superb counterattack.

The hosts felt they should have had a penalty late on when Cantwell was brought down by Cameron Burgess, but Swansea held out to claim three hard-earned points.

The win hauls Swansea up to seventh and halts their previous run of three games without a win ahead of this weekend's visit of Leicester City.

Alan Sheehan will likely be particularly pleased by the impact of his stars from the bench here, with the introduction of Cullen and co injecting some much-needed effervescence into Swansea's previously sluggish attacking attempts.
