BRIGHT FUTURE Future Prospect can win the Mares' Novices Hurdle

Willie Mullins won this Grade Two contest in each of the first five years after it was introduced to the Festival but hasn't been successful since 2020.

The champion trainer has half-a-dozen runners this year — including hot favourite Bambino Fever — but I prefer FUTURE PROSPECT (1.20).

A tendency to pull too hard in the early stages held her back in four bumpers races but she settled much better when making an impressive hurdles debut on her return to action at Naas in January.
