Corporate Stress is a humble endeavor to help us understand ‘stress’ at the workplace and its effect on our daily lives-at home and at work. Does individual stress affect teams and organizations? What are the physiological effects of stress? What are some of the ways to beat stress? Why is it important to understand stress? While stress is a given, how can one cope with it? What is the correlation between emotional intelligence and individual stress? Yet more significant, is stress triggered by external parameters or internal? These are some of the questions that we hope to analyze and answer in our Theme based section on Corporate Stress. We also attempt to decode various aspects of stress at the workplace-at the personal, occupational and the organizational level.
