DURING MY FOUR DAYS at the new Sha Wellness Clinic, just north of Cancún, Mexico, I had all manner of things done to my body: I got pumped full of intravenous vitamins, had acupuncture (twice), got slathered in a seaweed wrap, underwent an intravascular fat assessment, tried a Pressotherapy session to drain my lymphatic system, and fell asleep while a machine regenerated my cells with a mild electrical current. And I still had time for a mani-pedi.
