But judge not 'entirely convinced' that's all it was for as 29-year-old is locked up
A DAD had been jailed after he was caught dealing cocaine.
Shane Hassall claimed he was only supplying the drug to fund his own daily cannabis habit.
But Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court heard that the amount of drugs involved were 'far greater than that consistent with personal use'.
Now the 29-year-old, of Tape Street, Cheadle, has been jailed for 28 months.
Joshua Daley, prosecuting, said: "On January 12, 2023 the defendant was arrested during a search warrant.
"Officers found a small metal tin in a plastic bag and 17 snap bags.
"He was interviewed and responded 'no comment' to questions.
