NIA raids 7 locations in J&K to probe Reasi terror attack, seizes documents

THE National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Friday conducted raids at seven locations in two districts of Jammu and Kashmir as part of its probe into a case linked to the terror strike on a bus carrying pilgrims in Reasi district on June 9 this year.
About nine pilgrims, including a child were killed in the attack.
The officials said the seven locations in Reasi and Rajouri districts were "extensively searched in the case, which was registered by NIA in June this year after taking over the probe from the local police." They went on to add that during the searches, incriminating materials indicating linkages between the terrorists and Over Ground Workers (OGW) were seized and the same are being scrutinised.
