'When the teacher enjoys teaching, students start learning'
Now 15 years on since you took 'the road less travelled', tell us about your reflections?
The most important reflection is success in its most revengeful form. Because all advanced language programmes are the monopoly of cities. Success Garten could break that myth.
Changing the mindset of people was the greatest challenge. I was focussing on building a strong training system for English exams. I believe in the power of proper training in any learning process. With the right kind of training, great results started to pour in. A no-compromise attitude on training, quality and discipline is the main USP of Success Garten. The incredible journey of Success Garten has been a story of strong mindset, resilience, perseverance, passion and the relentless pursuit of excellence. Now, people across India come and attend our English language programmes here. OR India to become a $30 trillion economy by 2047, increasing women's workforce participation is imperative.
