Now 15 years on since you took 'the road less travelled', tell us about your reflections?

The most important reflection is success in its most revengeful form. When I shared the plan of starting an English language training programme in a remote place called Thiruvambady, people had serious doubts about its viability. Because all advanced language programmes are the monopoly of cities. Success Garten could break that myth.

Changing the mindset of people was the greatest challenge. I was focussing on building a strong training system for English exams. I believe in the power of proper training in any learning process. With the right kind of training, great results started to pour in. A no-compromise attitude on training, quality and discipline is the main USP of Success Garten. The incredible journey of Success Garten has been a story of strong mindset, resilience, perseverance, passion and the relentless pursuit of excellence. Now, people across India come and attend our English language programmes here. I can proudly say that people especially, from Malabar have got the right shape to their dreams in overseas education, job and migration due to Success Garten. How has the outlook of prospective clients and indeed their aspirations changed over the years?

The approach towards the English language has changed drastically. People have taken the English language seriously. In India, if you want to communicate with a Punjabi or a Bengali, we choose English. So, English has got the identity of a national language.
