Despite this, Archival said in a press conference yesterday that he reached out again to Alegado through a phone call to iron out the miscommunication, opening chances to extend the capacity for Cebu City’s waste disposal in Consolacion.

Archival admitted that when he had spoken with Alegado earlier, she was confined in the hospital at the time.
