Archival reaches out to Alegado on waste disposal in Consolacion

Following remarks that there has been a “lack of courtesy” in negotiating waste disposal in Consolacion, Cebu City Mayor Nestor Archival disclosed that he had reached out to the town’s mayor, Teresa “Nene” Alegado, first, although admitted that the conversation was seemingly unclear for both top officials.

Despite this, Archival said in a press conference yesterday that he reached out again to Alegado through a phone call to iron out the miscommunication, opening chances to extend the capacity for Cebu City’s waste disposal in Consolacion.
Archival admitted that when he had spoken with Alegado earlier, she was confined in the hospital at the time.
