State to seek Centre nod for his dismissal

Following the controversial statements made by IAS officer Santosh Verma, who is also the president of AJJAKS, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav ordered strict action against him.

The state government was sending a proposal to the Central Government to dismiss Verma. His promotion from the State Administrative Service to the Indian Administrative Service was allegedly obtained through fake and forged orders.
