OVERSIZED implants, the loss of a nipple and surgery on the wrong breast were among complaints to a health watchdog.
Twenty of the 59 official complaints to the General Medical Council in the past five years about cosmetic work concerned breast surgery.
Four grievances related to nose jobs and three to so-called designer vagina surgery. Three surgeons were banned after complaints.
One woman said her breasts were exposed in her consultation and the surgeon grabbed her lips “in a vice-like” grip to stop her speaking.
