TikTok nut who claimed to be a lawyer is locked up for killing OAP in smash

A MAN who has claimed on social media to be a road traffic lawyer has been convicted of killing a pensioner in a car crash.

Minutes after the fatal collision, Leigh Sutherland, 31, tried to put the blame on his victim, stating: “It would not have happened if the f***ing bitch had not pulled out.”

Sutherland was exceeding a speed limit in an ageing Ford Mondeo when he ploughed into a Peugeot 108 driven by victim Margaret Allan.

The 77-year-old mother later passed away. A young passenger was injured in the crash.

Sutherland had become known on TikTok for posting a series of bizarre videos in which he claimed to be a defence lawyer.

He was also seen online dressed as a police officer and posted reviews about supermarket food.
