Star Tom goes out on a wing for Impossible film premiere

TOM Cruise was a runway hit when he touched down for the UK premiere of his latest action film, Mission: Impossible - The Final Reckoning.

Never one to miss out on the action, the 62-year-old actor clambered onto one of a pair of bi-planes parked on the red carpet.

Then he sat on the wing and waved to fans against a rocky mountain backdrop, set up for the screening in London's Leicester Square.
