It looks like it is all going down to the wire in both divisions of the Paisley & District Darts League.

Darts leagues are close as teams continue to battle

In Division One, leaders Hagg Bar A extended their winning run to 12 games when they played pub mates Hagg Bar C with the current leaders running up a 9-0 win to stay top.

The loss for Hagg Bar C keeps them in eighth spot with a crucial two-point gap between themselves and ninth place.

Pockets A stay in second place after a hard-fought 5-4 win away at Tartan Thunder although the game almost slipped from their grasp as they only had five players so gave away two matches before a dart had been thrown.

The quintet battled hard, though, and it was the newly-crowned doubles champions Josh Leitch and Chris Coyle that earned them the victory.

Tartan Thunder stay in fifth, heading up a trio of teams all on the same points total.

Clachan Arrows made sure they would finish the season in at least third place when they took both points in a decisive 7-2 away win against Keystone B with the loss for Keystone all but deciding their fate as a Division Two team for next season.
