DIOGO Dalot’s return from injury has given Ruben Amorim a defensive dilemma ahead of Saturday lunchtime’s trip to Brentford.

Another big headache for Ruben - but this time it’s a positive one

Dalot, who missed Manchester United's last two games against Manchester City and Chelsea, took part in a full training session on Tuesday and will be included in the travelling squad for Brentford.

Like many of United's players, Dalot has endured a mixed start to the new season, but impressed in the last-gasp 3-2 win over Burnley at Old Trafford before the international break.

In the win over the Clarets, Dalot provided an attacking threat in the left wing-back role and produced a fine assist for Bryan Mbeumo's first Old Trafford goal.

But for an injury on international duty with Portugal, Dalot would almost certainly have started against City and Chelsea, but his place in both games was taken by Noussair Mazraoui.

Search for bodies of hostages

THE tenuous ceasefire in the Israel-Hamas war was holding yesterday, even as the return of deceased hostages from Gaza progressed more slowly than Israelis had hoped and health officials in the devastated territory said the Israeli military had fatally shot three Palestinians.
