Should you go with the flow or stem tide of ever-increasing bills?

Increasing council tax levies and rising energy costs - soaring water bills have poured on the pressure on households across the country.

According to Water UK, the average UK water bill rose to £603, an increase of £123 - or 26 percent - this year. The rise equates to £10 more per month.
